Digital control system automatically regulates and maintains consistent product quality. Refrigerated hopper and Standby Mode keeps product fresh, even overnight.

Patented freezing technology on the 3.4qt cylinder means more ice cream is ready to serve at one time, producing up to 48qts/hr, or more than 380 small cones every hour.
